Who is responsible for your data

This site is the personal portfolio of Adriano Bellerino, graphic designer, based in Italy. For any question about this policy or your data, write to bellerino.jobs@gmail.com.

What data is collected

The only personal data collected is what you choose to submit through the contact form on the "Let's Chat" page: your name, email address, estimated budget, project focus and message.

This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts of any kind. A small amount of non-personal state is kept in your browser's sessionStorage — used only to coordinate the page-load transition animation — and is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab.

Why it's collected and how it's used

Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to read and reply to your inquiry. It is sent by email and is not stored in any database, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.

Legal basis

Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed on the basis of your request to be contacted about a potential project (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract), or on the basis of your consent where applicable.

How long it's kept

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or comply with applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time.

Third-party services

Loading this site requests a small number of resources from third-party providers, which may log your IP address as part of normal web traffic:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) — web font delivery
• jsDelivr & cdnjs — Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons and GSAP libraries
• Google / Gmail — messages submitted through the contact form are relayed via Gmail's SMTP service to reach the recipient's inbox
• Aruba S.p.A. — this website's hosting provider

International transfers

Some of the third-party providers listed above (notably Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, it relies on the appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you've submitted at any time by emailing bellerino.jobs@gmail.com. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

This site is a personal portfolio presenting design work, case studies and a way to get in touch for project inquiries. It is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer of services.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all project images, case studies, layouts and branding shown on this site are the property of Adriano Bellerino, or of the respective clients where noted, and may not be reproduced, redistributed or used without prior written permission.

Client work

Client names, trademarks and logos featured in the case studies on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for portfolio purposes.

Contact form

Submitting the contact form does not guarantee a response within any specific timeframe, although every effort is made to reply promptly. Providing false or misleading information, or attempting to abuse the form (e.g. spam), is not permitted.

Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Adriano Bellerino is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

Changes to these terms

This page may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the site. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy.
